I recently had an experience with Aynaa (aynaaworld.com) and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I ordered clothes for my wedding and was excited to receive them in time for the big day. However, the clothes were delivered after the wedding had already taken place. This caused a lot of stress and we had to rush to find replacement clothes, which ended up costing us more money.

To make matters worse, when we finally received the package, it was missing some of the items we had ordered. Specifically, the Groom's outfit and bridesmaids dresses were nowhere to be found. When we contacted Aynaa about this issue, they refused to provide a refund or any kind of compensation for the missing items.

I was extremely disappointed with the way Aynaa handled this situation. It felt like they didn't care about their customers at all and were only interested in making a quick buck. To add insult to injury, they even blocked us from their social media accounts. I noticed that there were no reviews on their Facebook, Instagram, or website, which made me wonder if other people had similar experiences.

Overall, I would not recommend Aynaa to anyone. They are not trustworthy and their customer service is terrible. If you're looking for clothes for a special occasion, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I recently had an experience with Aynaa and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I had requested Ruchi to make groomsmen kurtas for me and provided her with an inspiration picture. I was excited to work with them as their Instagram page showcased their ability to recreate things quite well. However, my excitement was short-lived as Ruchi turned out to be terrible to work with. She lacked customer service skills and lied throughout the whole process. I had to message her multiple times a day only to get back a one-word response. It was frustrating to learn that her and her team could not comprehend anything we would say.

Ruchi had promised to send us multiple swatches to get the color of the vests right. However, when we received the swatch, it was very off and not even in the same color family. We had to start the process over and over multiple times. Ruchi then transferred us to Ashwin who was no better. He lied multiple times and promised us that we would have the product by a certain day, but nothing was delivered on time. The product didn't arrive until 2 weeks after the time we needed it.

When we finally received the product, the color of the vest was even darker than the original swatch that Ruchi had sent. I had mentioned that it was too dark, but my concerns were ignored. Additionally, the embroidery on the vest looked nothing like the swatch that was sent. The swatch had pearls on it, but the final product did not have pearls, just thread work in place. It was disappointing to see that the whole 4-month process was just lies and incompetency.

I must say that Aynaa's claim to be a "luxury" company is far from the truth. Their customer service skills are terrible, and they do not deliver on their promises. If you are looking for a reliable and professional company, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Save yourself the headache of working with this lying, cheating, and unprofessional company. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
