Axis Appliance review: Oven repair called in on 6-17-23 and tech came out on 7-11-23

Oven repair was called in on 6-17-23 and Axis [protected] was the repair company coming out. Repairmen called on 7-12-23 to inform me they have parts for the oven and microwave. Repairmen came out with parts and fixed the microwave and started working on the oven below. He turned it on and said it worked. I informed the tech that it will work for a while but you will get a error message F1 which indicates circuit board problem. Tech called his boss and his boss said don't replace with the new circuit board but bring back the old circuit board and lets see if we can fix it. We do no want them to try and fix the old circuit board but replace with the new one he had in his hands. They said call American Home shield if you have a problem. AHS customer department does not speak good English and did not resolve the problem because of language barrier. I still do not have a oven working.
