A&W Evans Services DBA Mo City Vending review: NTG5000 vending machine

I bought 10 units through VENDTECH INT via received white glove delivery starting in May 2017. One of my machines located at Elliott Electric Supply, 1915 Turning Basin, suite 500, Houston Texas. This machine has been leaking water for the past three weeks on the store location's tile floor. I called you hot line number several times and we have been unable to resolve this issue. Last week, I spoke one of your technical reps, named Scott, he told me to check all the seals in the drink compartment to ensure no hot/warm air is leaking inside this area. All the seals look good to my untrained eye. I was told another time that I called to purchase a turkey basker to remove the water.
