I enjoy living at 1963 Vesta Ave Apt 3 Eats point, Ga. I don't like complaining but I have one. Now, my rent was $650.00 when I first moved in and I have been here for about 4 years my rent changed over a year ago to $700.00. I went today to sign a lease and the 1st paperwork said rent $825 for a 12 months lease the leasing manager called the lady in the rent office and told her to let me do a month to month for $925.00. I said that is impossible and decided to reach out to Avia Management to get some fair conversation in this situation. I reached out to the Leasing Manager and Owners via text messages so I will have something to show that I am and have been trying to communicate with them for a clear understanding and etc. I have not received a response from either party yet. Every time I request for things to be discussed I can not get a proper reply from the Leasing Manager and I know that t takes the main office a while to reply but the main office will get a proper and righteous resolution for me. I always have a lot of patience even when the matter is serious to my well-being.
Desired outcome: A 12 - month lease agreement Rent from $700.00 a month to $800.00 a month.
