I purchased Aventon adventure on November 2021. As of October 2022 the bike was not working. We contacted Aventon. The customer service line is no longer available. We sent an email. It took days to get a response. We were told we could go to an authorized warranty repair facility and they would reimburse the motor part, but not labor. We located the authorized Aventon dealer in Venice FL. He fixed the bike and provided us a detailed invoice. We then had to email Aventon again it too several emails to get someone to respond. The part was 399.99 plus labor. I was told they will reimburse me $40. This person gave me a totally different story that I needed to get approvals first and even though it was under one year warranty they are refusing to reimburse me for the part! I have two Rad electric bikes I would not recommend purchasing an Aventon when they don’t stand behind their warranty. No where does it state that they won’t warranty because you don’t do it to whichever rep standards are! Reimburse me I am under warranty!
