On July 22, I reported an ebike failure to Electronic Vehicles of Iowa, the dealer where I had purchased an Aventon ebike in April of 2022. The power on the ebike would suddenly and completely cut out completely. Upon resetting the control for power on the bike, it would power back up but only to cut out again and again.
I delivered the bike to EVI on July 28,2022. Aventon said the problem was a controller which they would ship. EVI upon receiving this replaced said part and same problem persisted. Aventon said they would ship rear drive motor on rear wheel and try this solution.
To date, August 13,2022, wheel has not arrived and I have been without an ebike now for almost 3 weeks. Can I please just get a replacement bike or my money back ?
