Autoreturn review: Towing/storage fees

My car was stolen from a hospital in Troy ohio. This happened on 8/20/20. I made a police report. The car was then recovered on 8/25/20 in marion county Indiana. The car was towed to the Autoreturn. They charged 150 for tow, and 30 dollars a day for fees. The car is now over 2500.00 to get back. I have contacted Autoreturn many times to try and negotiate getting the vehicle with no luck. They are also trying to auction off my car weekly claiming it's an abandoned vehicle. Being a victim of crime, I do not feel I should be responsible for such fees. I was not notified within the 24 he time period and I'm disabled was nd live off of social security. I receive 714.00 a month. Currently I'm homeless due to a eviction and I can't take care of myself independently without this car. I can't get to drs appts or even the grocery store. I have no family or support system that helps me. you have this car I can take care of myself let alone in my 11-year-old son. I found a statue that caps towing fees at $1500.00. But even then, I can't afford it. I should not have to pay this being a victim of crime!
