I attempted to purchase 1 tail light assembly and accidently ordered 2. I immediately emailed customer service and they said will send my request to their shipping dept. I immediately emailed them again and requested them to refund 1 of the charges as I only wanted 1 item. They have not responded to my request and I have not received anything from them.
I have filed a complaint with paypal and have been unsuccessful in raching their owner: ketec, llc.
I want the item I purchased but not 2 of them and don't want to pay for 2
Desired outcome: I want 1 item amount refunded and just 1 of the items sent to me
