Aurora Medical Center in Burlington Wis review: Visiting complaint and lack of much needed medicine

Unless your medical condition requires visiting restrictions! Between 8pm and 5am visitors must enter through the Emergency Department. My friend arrived at about 9pm to bring me a sandwich and some of my meds because the pharmacy still hasn’t been able to get my prescription meds up to my room. The guards in the emergency department refused to let her come up to my room even after I showed them the visiting hour form! They treated me like a criminal insisting on searching my entire bag! So Needless to say I went without my much needed necessary prescribed medication! In fact I never received any of my morning medication and it took them over 19 hours to bring me my much needed pain medication!
