Audious Hearing Aids review: Refund not received.

I ordered rechargable and invisible hearing aids from Audious on 1-7-23, order # A98851 and paid $159.30.

When I got them they didn't fit my ears, so asked to return them for a refund. They agreed.

It is now May 3, 23 and I have sent numerous emails requesting my refund with the above responses.
