Coles Supermarkets Australia

I shop at coles west end brisbane. My complaint is that products are not in stock and poor customer service.
Today (19 september) there were no chicken wings at the deli section or on the shelves. Another customer and I were looking for the wings and asked 2 different coles staff to be told by both they were out of stock in the entire store. Another customer was complaining at the checkout that the product she was wanting was not in stock.
In addition, today, I asked at the deli for blue grenadier (hoke) fish. I was told that there was no stock of this product. Three weeks ago I asked at coles west end to buy blue grenadier (hoke) fish. As usual I had to wait until a deli person was free to look out back for the fish. After a 10 minute wait I was told there was none in stock. That same week I purchased blue grenadier (hoke) fish from woolloongabba and chermside coles stores without any drama or made to feel uncomfortable asking for the product as if I am a nuisance.
I have raised this issue before via on line complaint section and this is the last time I will do so. I am providing concrete customer feedback which most business owners value.
I don't think the coles west end management understand that woolworths will open a new store across the road from their shop and another store in montague road. We also have other shops to frequent.
