We have a Suzuki Swift GL 1.4 5 speed hatch purchased from Suzuki Wangara in Perth Western Australia on 12/12/2014.

At the 54 month service on 17/06/2019 it was brought to the dealers attention that the drivers side sun visor had become faulty and needed attention. The service representative (Sam CANHAM) said he would arrange for a replacement visor and contact when available.
After around 4 weeks no contact had been made so we followed up with the dealer. We were advised that the matter would be followed up and we would be advised soon. After a further 4 weeks no contact was made so we submitted a query via Suzuki Australia web site. We were advised by Suzuki Australia to follow up with the dealer. On 11 November contact was again made with Suzuki Wangara and the representative (Jessica) said she could see on our records that there was still an outstanding matter in relation to the faulty sun visor. Jessica said she would follow this matter up with Sam Canham however as he was on holidays she would also advise Suzuki Wangara Service Manager and we would be advised within a week of when the visor would be repaired.
Some 9 days later we have still not been contacted.
