Harvey Norman - kohler 3 seater triple motor 2 seater triple motor lounge suite in white

on the 6th june ordered Koler 3 seater triple motor; 2 seater triple motor lounge suite in white. They are holding $3800.00 on my GEM card until delivery. Many phone calls and stuff ups. I was firstly contacted that delivery wont be till end of August. The next day I spoke to the manager and he told me the salesperson Haily made the wrong order so he cancelled this and reordered. Then the following day received a phone call from Hayley that the manager changed order with out contacting her and he stuffed the order up, I was really angy and so was Hayley that he did this, sooo, she reordered the suite again. this time I asked for compensation for the 3 seater to have the triple moter insted of the 2 at the same price. I had heard nothing from anyone so I spoke tp a manger higher and told them of my complaint. i have since rang again asking where is my lounge suit to be told arriving at end of month of August. Here it is 3 plus months later and have heard nothing! I have been treated rather badly and I should NOT be the one chasing this up! I am cancelling my Order and request that the money be reverted back onto my GEM card. I will never buy from this conpany ever again.
