Red Rooster Foods

We went through drive through last night. Noone in the store and the only car in the drive through and still took at least 20 minutes before we got our order.
Chips were not cooked properly. The burgers were absolutely disgusting the buns tasted stale and were hard. The bacon was old and chewy. The onion rings were soggy and old, as if they had been sitting for ages.The crumbed chicken wings were dry and the crumb was burnt you couldnt even chew them. The boxes were full of greasy finger prints We go to big rooster all the time as I buy a whole chicken each week as it is the best chicken. I also purchase the boys meals for lunch for work and in all the years we have been going we have never had an issue. The food is always fresh, presented well. But last night it was absolutely disgraceful. A total waste of $40.00.
Just wanted to bring this to your attention as I was not happy. I tried to ring the store last night but got no answer. thanks Fiona
