We got the bedroom suite from furniture galore thinking it looks solid and will be a great investment. However after receiving it, we found 2 parts missing. The manual showed there should be 3 pieces supporting the frame whereas we got only two. Also the finishing of the whole set wasn't done properly which is why I am even too scared to clean my bed because of fear of splinters. I have spent 1500 dollars on this and had to wait for over 1 month to get this product. Infact the drawers of the tallboy doesn't close properly. I am not someone who would make a big deal if it was a small thing but this purchase turned out to be nothing more than a disappointment. I want this to be resolved as soon as possible. Either change the bed else we want the full refund.
