Marianna at the Rosemeadow NSW Australia 2560 Caltex petrol station asked for personal information she has no right to. Then proceeded to make threats stating she was authorised by her employer. I informed her that the current legislation required to show no proof of sign in through the service NSW app for a Petrol station, to which she stated she will take my license plate and report me so I could be fined on the loudspeaker. Upon hearing this I returned to the window and informed her there was no such requirement under law for me to show you my sign in. She then proceeded to state that the company is responsible and their legal department will protect her. She gave the impression that she was instructed by the company to push for proof of sign in and that threats were an acceptable means of obtaining such proof. Entirely unacceptable and unprofessional conduct coupled with an incorrect assumption she argued for and pushed for via threats. Very illegal.
