Atlanta Postal Workers Union, Postmaster General review: 1208b Action. Breach of fair representation

APWU representative Mike Sullivan refused to represent me in an Arbitration hearing held 07/16/2021 after a conversation between him and me on 05/04/2021. On 06/28/2021 he refused to represent me in my upcoming hearing, and dumped my case on to APWU Local 32 President Stacey Brown just under 18 days prior to my Arbitration hearing 07/16/2021. National Business Agent Mike Sullivan was the appointed APWU Representative to represent my case. He was the representative of my case from 12/2020 Step 3 on until he refused to represent me in the Arbitration hearing. Mike Sullivan neglected to ask or informed me that he needs my supporting documents to be added into evidence. None of my supporting documents were added into evidence. Therefore I was not allowed to properly present my case in this arbitration hearing. APWU Local 32 President Stacey Brown took my case with only 18 days to prepare for my arbitration hearing while still running a Union. Prior to Mike Sullivan's dumping my case on Stacey Brown, I constantly called Mr Sullivan for any information on my case. I called and emailed him weekly to offer my input, with no avail. Mr. Sullivan became angry with all my calls and asked APWU leadership to tell me to stop calling him. Months went by and I have now been out of work now for over 8 months of no pay. I called again, and Mr Sullivan was unprofessional and yelled at me to never call him again. A month went by and I was informed that I had an Arbitration date. Then a couple of days later I was told he refused to represent me and that Local 32 President Stacey Brown would be representing me. And he didn't pass on any of his notes or advice or his previous plan for my case. Because of the last minute change of representation and not to mention the very important and crucial deadlines to introduce my supporting documents into the evidence. The Atlanta Postal Workers Union breached the collective bargaining agreement and failed to provide fair representation has been established.
