Atlanta Hartsfield Airport TSA review: Abuse from an agent

On May 20, 2022 (at 9:50AM, American Airlines Flight 4737) several passengers, including myself were VERBALLY ABUSED in the TSA area by a TSA agent. A person claiming to be a TSA supervisor gave me the agent's name, ------- -------. This individual yelled and belittled me because I did not load my luggage properly and fast enough for him. The TSA agent's tone was condescending, impatient and bitter. A female passenger tried to defend me against the TSA agent's verbal abuse. When I looked at the TSA agent's badge, he mumbled his name, defiantly. At least one other passenger informed me they ALSO complained about this TSA Agent’s poor behavior, to no avail.

This individual has been allowed to continue to abuse passengers in front of his supervisor and peers, DESPITE the fact that complaints have been made against him. I need confirmation that this agent has been TERMINATED from his duties as a TSA agent, ASAP. The termination of this TSA agent is in the best interest of all passengers that travel through the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.

I expect an actual person to follow up with me about this complaint. If this individual is allowed to continue with role as a TSA agent, please advise me so I may consider legal action. Thank you.
