Aster Medical Centre review: Doctor on break

I took my waiting number..
Which is R309 on 22 january 2020 around 8:20 pm

Waiting in the que for more then 1 hour.. there is no one to call out my number.
Docter Syed Asif is the name of available docter
I came to reception to check and got to know that docter is on small break..
Receptionist was cooperative.. but docter can take a break when there is only few minutes left and his duty is over..
R308 was on the screen for more then 30 mins and waiting for only 1 number in sick condition is not easy..
I need you to look on this matter
