Aspire General Insurance Company review: Settle my portion of the damages.

On June 9th, 2021 my vehicle driven by family was sideswiped by an individual who is insured by this organization. Since that time, I have had one personal phone call from them. I receive a monthly letter around the 9th-10th of each month sharing they are working to bring this matter to a conclusion etc. etc. They promise they are working to conclude this matter as soon as possible and leave a number to call if I have questions. They have not responded to one phone message. They have not worked to correct the outcome of my totaled vehicle due to their members' recklessness. They have not checked on the wellbeing of my family members who were inside the vehicle. They have not reimbursed my for the property damage or storage fees I incurred for the weeks until I turned over the pink slip to salvage the vehicle.

Desired outcome: I want them to conclude this case and a representative or manager from this organization to return my calls and correspondence, and to settle my portion of the damages.
