I purchased a Groupon to have a procedure at the Spa. The procedure was scheduled for Tuesday, 2/1/2022 @1:15 PM.
I arrived on time and was assigned Irina Goderdzichvili, CARN. I initially wanted to receive botox but changed it to the special that was recommended by the spa which was a Juvederm special for lip enhancements. I paid $389.00, the Groupon Botox was $ 169.00.
I am requesting this be refunded. The procedure did not work and was told after the injection had become encapsulated. Irina kept saying this is a process and I would need another injection, then another... I was NOT aware of nor told this when I initially came for the procedure. I tried to receive my money back but they would not refund me. I spent this money and got nothing for it and I'm not satisfied with this business.
This is wrong what they are doing!
Desired outcome: To be Refunded.
I went here for a consultation and the older woman Irina seemed ignorant, racist and petty. She kept snapping at me everytime I ask her something and she made petty comments such as "don't do that to yourself, why are you doing that to yourself". I see clearly she's had some work done on her old face .
