i ordered a few products from asicminermarket.com and i gotta say, i was pretty disappointed. i mean, i know these things can be hit or miss sometimes, but i thought i'd have better luck with this site. unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
first of all, the communication was terrible. i tried contacting them multiple times and they either didn't respond or took forever to get back to me. when they finally did respond, it was in broken english and didn't really address my concerns.
secondly, the products themselves were not up to par. they were clearly used or refurbished, despite being listed as new on the site. one of them even arrived damaged.
all in all, i wouldn't recommend asicminermarket.com to anyone. there are plenty of other sites out there that offer similar products and better customer service. save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere!

Man, I gotta say, AsicMinerMarket has been a total flop for me. I shelled out for a Baikal miner, but wouldn't you know it, I still haven't gotten it yet. And to top it off, they're not even bothering to give me the time of day with a response. I'm just left wondering what to do next. Customer service was top notch! Got a Innosilicon A11 ETH Miner from AsicMinerMarket. My package arrived from China to UK in good time, no problems with that. Tried the hardware and it's been working well for me. Been chugging for 2 weeks on full power and I'm getting some nice Hash. Overall, I appreciate the Asic Team's great service.

I recently bought a Zig Z1 miner from AsicMinerMarket and unfortunately, I found it to be premined. When I opened it up, I found that the entire product was dusty - even the miner fans and chips were covered in dust! It was like they had just grabbed a cheap miner from the market and sold it used as new.

Honestly, I was really disappointed with my purchase and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. It's really frustrating when you're trying to invest in something and you feel like you're being taken advantage of. I just wish that AsicMinerMarket had been more honest about what they were selling before I made the purchase.

Overall, I think that there are probably better options out there if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy miner. Don't make the same mistake I did and trust AsicMinerMarket - it's just not worth it.

Be aware! That website AsicMinerMarket is a mess. Sent us ten Antminers totally infected with viruses! The only way to fix the problem was to replace the control boards but we also discovered that the nasty virus spread to other four units from our network. This resulted in a total of fourteen boards that needed to be exchanged. It took us more than 30 hours to solve the problem caused by this vendor's terrible service. And the worst part is that they didn't offer any help or take any responsibility.

Trying to reach out to "Simon" was pointless. No attention, no apology, nothing! That guy takes no honor whatsoever! All they cared about was to sell more parts at full price, cause why not, right? Our verdict: bad seller! Stay away at any cost!

This website, AsicMinerMarket, is not a good place to buy miners if you don't want any trouble. I made the mistake of not using PayPal and I regret it. I received a package of used miners in terrible condition. They were dusty, covered in bird poop and other dirty materials. Even after cleaning them gently, they still didn't work well. On the third day of using them, one of the miners started making a strange noise like it was about to die. When I checked the plug and socket, they were burned. The seller doesn't seem to care about complaints, which is why they stopped using PayPal. However, this seller should think twice before selling faulty items at a brand new price.

I suggest that you don't buy any second-hand items from this site if you're from abroad, especially without using PayPal. It's better to stay away and invest your money in a different business. Look at the pictures I've attached to see the bad condition of the miners I received. I can only use one of them, as the others don't work at all. I need to replace the fans because they make a weird noise like a scream.

I hope my review will help you make a better decision on where to buy miners. Don't make the same mistake that I did. Always use PayPal and inspect any used items before you buy them.

I had a mixed experience with asicminermarket.com. I placed my order on May 11th and was informed that it would take 3-5 days to ship. However, my order did not arrive until June 1st. During this time, I had to inquire about the order status via email multiple times. The company only responded after I left a negative review.

When the order finally arrived, I noticed that the front fan grill on the Z15 was dented. As a result, one of the two fans did not spin. It seemed as though the piece was damaged during shipping. This was concerning because if I hadn't noticed it, the fan could have burned out. Fortunately, it was an easy fix.

Additionally, the power supply that came with the miner was visibly damaged. The box was dented in and one of the 12V power adapters had been ripped apart. When I ran the Z15 with this power supply, the box became too hot to touch within minutes. Within ten minutes, the 10A fuse I installed to protect my house in case of a short, burned out. If I hadn't had a fuse installed, the power supply may have caused a fire.

After emailing asicminermarket on June 3, I never received a response. I decided to buy a replacement power supply from eastshore.xyz, which I paid for myself. I've had repeated good experiences with them and all their hardware is new. The Z15 performed moderately well once combined with a working power supply.

However, I later discovered that the Z15 could not cool itself as well as other miners in its class. It consistently ran 10 degrees Celsius hotter than neighboring Z15s on the same shelf. In addition, on August 8th, it completely stopped working. The fans stopped spinning and it exceeded its temperature safety level of 110C, shutting off within seconds of being powered up.

I reached out to asicminermarket to see if they would honor a warranty claim, but I have not received a response. Other minor issues I experienced included filthy equipment covered with black dust and a missing screw in the Z15. The power cable they provided did not fit my U.S. 220V outlet, which caused me to lose time and money after the miner (finally) arrived.
