They didn't allow me to check how much money I have already earned

I have invested money in Hope Investment Group, because they offered the profit of $10, 000 if you invest $1, 000. I decided to try and have invested and the company took two fees for the verification of identity, which wasn’t refundable. And the second fee was for the insurance. But after 30 days I couldn’t log in to my account and check how much money I have already got. The staff also didn’t react.
