So, I was scrolling through my social media feed and saw an ad for Ashlen. I had been seeing their ads for a while and finally decided to give them a try. I placed an order about a month and a half ago and was excited to receive my items. However, it took over three weeks for my package to arrive. During that time, I had to download a third-party app just to track my package. It was frustrating because the app didn't notify me when the package arrived, and by the time I checked it for an update, it said it had already arrived. Unfortunately, when I went to check my front porch, the package was nowhere to be found. It had been stolen.

I reached out to customer service, and it took several weeks of back and forth before they finally told me that I had only purchased standard shipping. This meant that they wouldn't replace or refund anything. I was so disappointed. I had been looking forward to trying out their cute products, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. It's frustrating when small companies like this don't care enough about their customers to help them out in situations like this. It's a shame because I really wanted to support them, but I can't recommend them to anyone after this experience.

Ashlen's products are not as good as I expected them to be. The crystals look really fake, like they are made of plastic or glass. If you are looking for more authenticity, I recommend shopping elsewhere. If you're just in it for the looks, then Ashlen may work for you - but don't say I didn't warn you about the quality.

The customer service was very helpful and attentive. And, the product was decent, although not worth the high price tag.

I am writing this review about Ashlen because I have had a terrible experience with them. It seems as though they are stealing other peoples' artwork and then charging four times the original price. They then deceive you with a '60% off special' so they can sell the items twice as much while you think you're saving money.

I was particularly interested in purchasing some cat dangling earrings from their website. When I got on the website, I noticed that the earrings were on a 60% off special that was apparently ending in 3 hours and 40 minutes. I thought to myself, "Wow, what a great deal, I must buy these earrings now!" However, when I went back to the same page a few hours later, I noticed that the timer still said there were 3 hours and 40 minutes left.

This made me wonder if the special offer was even real in the first place. Ashlen seems to be just a bunch of money-grabbing scammers who will do anything to make a profit. I am very disappointed with my experience with Ashlen, and I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

I was super excited to purchase a bracelet and necklace from Ashlen's website. But boy was I let down! The stones were made of plastic and completely fake! The quality is like a big fat ZERO! I am just so disappointed in the seller for being such a huge liar and writing down some bogus things about the jewelry on the website.

I bought the coolest mountain necklaces from the Ashlen website, but was totally bummed when they arrived in the mail. The necklaces were straight up garbage! I mean, like, total trash. So I went ahead and followed their instructions to a T and returned the crummy necklaces to the address they gave me, making sure to get delivery confirmation and everything. I was happy when the delivery confirmation showed that the package had been received in August 2021. But then, when I checked back in with them almost a whole month later in September, the company told me that my return was still getting sterilized or something. Like, what the heck? That's fishy if you ask me. And as of October, they still claimed that they never received my return and haven't even issued me my refund yet! Talk about a scam! I'm gonna tell all my friends not to buy anything from Ashlen, and you should too!

So I was super excited to get some beautiful new earrings from Ashlen's website. I spent more than 30 bucks on them! But unfortunately, I never ever actually got my hands on them. Man, that was a bummer. I tried emailing their customer service people a bunch of times to get an update on when I could expect my order, but all they ever told me was that they'd send a "replacement item". Their lack of communication is making me lose confidence that I will ever receive my refund. It's such a shame because not only did I waste $50 but I also have nothing to show for it.

I'm really upset because if I had known that I wasn't going to get any refund, I would've just given those pieces of garbage to my children instead of wasting my time and energy sending it back. Overall, I'm feeling really let down by Ashlen and I can't in good conscience recommend them to others.

Saw the thingy on Facebook about Ashlen, and oh boy was I excited! ? Who wouldn't want to get some crystal pendulums for 60% off, right ? But then again, I was a bit skeptical because of some bad experiences I've had with online shopping. I checked out the Ashlen website, and I gotta give them props for their crystal descriptions - they were pretty on point. I decided to take the risk and give them a shot. I ordered the opal one because it looked real pretty, and I was curious about the whole "handmade" thing.

Fast forward a couple of days and I checked my order status. My excitement plummeted when I saw that my pendulum was being shipped from China. Nothing against China, they make some great stuff, but that's not what Ashlen advertised, you know? When the pendulum finally arrived almost a month later, I tried to keep an open mind. What junk! Purchased 2 as small gifts for new daughter in laws a couple moths ago. Went to wrap yesterday and BOTH fell apart when I simply opened the cheap plastic sac that they were sent in, flew all over the floor. These items are worse quality that from the dollar store and I think are purchased possibly there. Contacted them and their attitude is past 30 days, Too bad!

So, I was browsing around Ashlen (ashlen.co) and boy oh boy, was I surprised to find out they're using stuff that they don't own, particularly products and photos from Etsy shops like mine! It's wild, and it's not cool, guys. Also, their customer reviews ain't their own - they got it from us Etsy sellers! Can you believe that? That's just shady, and they're nothing but a scam selling fake stuff from China. So, don't be fooled, and don't trust 'em, y'all.

So, I went to check out Ashlen (ashlen.co), and to be honest, I wasn't that impressed. They seem to be reselling items from Aliexpress, and let me tell you, those items are definitely not worth the high prices they're charging! My advice to anyone considering buying from Ashlen is to do a reverse image search first. Simply go to google and upload the image of the product you're interested in. I've found that many of the items they're selling can be found for a fraction of the cost elsewhere.
