forced di senrollment /medical reasons but suing me for kit

Recveived "Beauty kit" on first day of class Feb 2008. Received phone call from Doctor same day. Diagnosed with cervical cancer. Went to school next day, explained situation to Director, she insisted I dis enroll as, "..situation of missing any school days the first 12 weeks is critical to their scheduling and it would be best for the school iof I dis enroll promptly".
So I did. Now they are suing me $1260 for the beauty kit which I had received the one and only day i attended the school.
