Arrow Marketing review: Timeshare rental monies

We purchased a time share with Vallarta Gardens in 2020. We were told that they would rent our unused weeks from us. We have a contract signed by Arrow representative for 10 years. Communication was going great from January 2021 until Dec2021. They emailed us the amount that we would receive but it ended there. From January 2022 on, we have left left a lot of emails and messages for sometimes contact us back as to what happened to the rental fees. Have had no response and getting quite upset. Do not know where to go to get any action. We love Vallarta Gardens but not the experience with Arrow Marketing
