I purchased these shoes some years ago in Wexford, Ireland. However thy were not used a great deal since. They were comfortable and attractive. However, at their last outing I sae that the soles were shedding black lumps everywhere and leaving behind a mess on the floor coverings, Now when looking again a them, I see that one shoe's bottom layer had gone, and the other has partly gone. There is lettering on this last one A'ROOPEDICO which I take it are the manufacturers.
Country of complaint: Ireland
Claimed loss: I have not been able to wear them at all this summer. They could be described as 'Mary Jane sandals' They are of a bronze colour/material and apart from the soled have a good more years of service in them.
Desired outcome: Some financial payment to enable me to replace.
