I want to express my dissatisfaction with Arizona Comfort System Heating and Air Conditioning. They sent an inexperienced technician to my home who temporarily shut off my heating system and was unable to restart it properly. On November 16, a technician was sent to my house to double-check the wiring of my unit. I received a text confirming the technician's arrival, and a young person named *** G. was assigned to the job. I let him into my home and explained that I only needed him to check the wiring. He went outside and up onto my roof to inspect the electrical components. After an hour, I became concerned and went outside to see what was taking so long. The technician seemed confused and kept referring to a book while talking on the phone for instructions. Now, Arizona Comfort System is claiming that my compressor is not working. I immediately requested to speak with the owner, ***, but he was rude and unprofessional. He refused to take responsibility for his coworker's mistakes and refused to come and fix the issues caused by the technician. If Arizona Comfort System is sending technicians without proper electrical experience or licenses, then the owner should be held accountable for any poor workmanship.
