I attended a sales presentation in July 2025. After 2 hours of the sales pitch and the information provided at the time, I felt this was a good fit for my children and I to meet our future travel needs. As I single mother, I stressed the importance of finding a fair deal.

They made me sign the contract within one hour assuring 2 specific perks:
1) One return stay for 7 days for my family up to 7 people
2) International hotel Certificate valid for 7 days at any hotel/resort.

2 days later they invited me to dinner only to find out that I was chosen to upgrade my membership with a special deal. 1 one international hotel Certificate valid for 7 days at any hotel/resort.

The sales manager assured me that their business followed strict islamic laws which I believed since I am a muslim. When I requested written acknowledgement of the perks, I was advised that it would be sent later via email. I have yet to receive anything upon many requests made for the last 5 months.

Only to find out early this year that all the promises made by the sale manager were lies.

Beware of doing business with them. Don't let them rip you as they did to a Muslima like me.
