Archives.com review: A refund

I was told a refund was sent to me, and to call my bank!
I did, they said they have no record of it. It was sent to a old card, and they check my old card... Nothing!
The call b4 last was 4-9-25 — said wait 4-5 days
Still know refund... So I called back today 4-29-25
I been going back an forth since 3-24-25
They said everything is pre-recorded, so I asked for them to go to 4-29-25 to when the lady took my new card number... The would not!
