Our windows have leaked in our home since the first night in our home. We of course filed a warranty claim immediately. They came out, brought the window company, reglazed the windows. Windows have continued to leak - two years later. They assured us it would be resolved fully, even if it continued past our warranty date. Well, here we are, still within the warranty period, and they’re denying fixing the windows. They’re saying we haven’t reached out recently enough about them leaking. Is it our fault there hasn’t been any rain until recently? NO. Listen, the windows are just ONE of the MANY SERIOUS issues we’ve had from day one. Arbor has something in their contract to get out of EVERYTHING. Please, you work hard for your money, find another builder. 
Light switch plates painted to the walls. Driveway crumbling and pitted before the weather even got cold (no salt ever used on driveway). Trim looks like a 3 year old did it. I could go on, and on and on.

We’ve had several neighbors (and people in neighborhoods just starting to be built) reach out about going to the news to show the “beautiful quality of our homes.” Maybe that’s what needs to happen of
