In May 2021? I made a deposit for a 2017 Catalina 12’6” Newporter Swim Spa. Serial# SKUC200 C-200. I paid in full, April 142022. It was then sent to Jason Lemay in NH to deliver it to us. I was told the deliver charge would be $500.00, yet it was $1200.00 (1st complaint) No cover (2nd complaint) No filters, no chemicals (3rd complaint). Eventually get electrician to hook it up, fill it up, it’s leaking (4th complaint). Unable to tighten pipes. TC to service, swimspa Dr. came following week. He ordered piped that day, stated when we receive them, take a picture and send it to him as they often send pipes that weren’t ordered. He also said the motherboard wasn’t working, no electricity to the spa. Another call to our electrican, another service call, the mother board doesn’t work (5th complaint). TC to service, will send pipes and motherboard. Motherboard received in 2 days. Pipes received in 3 weeks! Picture of pipes sent to service

tech Swim spa Dr. Wrong pipes! (6th complaint). I have been on the almost daily with this company. 2 years later I still do not have a working spa. my complaint # is 37406
