I bought an Aquabeve water dispenser with hot and cold function as well as a built-in Kcup coffee maker. After about 2 years the product stopped heating and cooling. I contacted Aquabeve and asked them to rectify the issue since the product is still under warranty. The last email I received from their VP of Marketing and Sales was them asking me about the model/serial number and who I bought it from. I gave the information but I have never heard back from them since. By the way, I bought the unit straight from their warehouse in La Verne, CA. It is not right that they cannot provide warranty service for their product.
