Aqua Illinois review: Account closed w/o notice

My aqua Illinois account was closed w/o notice & now my water will be shut off in 2 days from today. I need my water Services especially with this pandemic going on. PLEASE HELP ME!
I don't understand what's going on. If I didn't receive a notice then how am I supposed to know anything. This is not fair nor is it right and now there is nothing that Aqua can do.
