Aptive Pest Control review: charged $228 upfront and still have more bugs

A young man on an electric scooter dropped by and told me of this service. He made it sound goodcand I do have a bug problem, so I signed up. I was to pay $110.00/month and he said his cut for sales would be $228.00 whichwould have to be paid if I cancelled early. Just a couple days later, if that long, I was charged the $228.00. Then the service guy comes. I was working outside at the time. I told him the house was cluttered and he wouldn't be able to spray everywhere. He took advantage of that statement and didn't even try. My wife said he in and out so fast she didn't know where he sprayed. I saw him once outdoors as he sprinkled granules along the property line. Maybe he thought he was preventing bugs from coming in my yard. My thinking is he was keeping them in. There was no inspection done and within 25 or 30 he was ready to leave and this included the time he stood in the front yard telling me he'd rather be working on cars.
The second visit was only slightly better. This guy seemed to know more but wanted to use very little chemicals. He did spray around the house, but when he came inside he was armed with one can of bug spray and three sticky traps. He was out almost as fast as the first guy.
By this time I had $448.00 invested and haven't seen any dead bugs besides the ones that I killed. I called customer service and complained. I was told I would get two months service refunded and the next two visits would be free. I received one month refund and was charged again a few days later. I called again to cancle and was told I had to pay $200 for early termination. I said I would not pay it as they still owed me money back and coupons. So, $558.00 spent and have more bugs than when I signed up.
