In April of 2025, I had an appointment with a doctor regarding breathing issues. After discussing my issues with him, (Dr. John Ferguson at Luthern Medical Center) he said he could order oxygen equipment for me thru Apria at no cost. It sounded like something I should do so he requested it. Now in February of 2026, they will not stop sending me an invoice in the amount of $888.17 for said equipment. I contacted them last year and told them I was told it was free and if not, didn’t wat it. They said I would have to pay anyway. It was submitted to my insurance and my insurance said I did not owe them anything for this. I have called them three times and sent mail with photocopies of ny insurance stating this but they won’t stop! They need to stop sending me a bill or take back equipment that was supposedly free,
