Great company to work with! *** was our project manager and did a terrific job of keeping me informed and was patient with me while explaining the whole procedure. App Verticals did all the work and made it simple! Kudos to App Verticals!

I like most people was skeptical when I started this process having paid for a service upfront. *** and his team exceeded my expectations. They took my thoughts and ideas and created a website that I believe will truly help to achieve my goals in "branding" my business. I was advised this process could take 4-6 weeks but my project was done in about 2 1/2 weeks. My website is only 3 pages but is feels professional and truly sends the branding message I wish to portray, Communication was excellent, only talked to *** who was always available and most of the time he was calling me to let me know steps were complete and ready for my review. As a notary - they get my stamp of approval!

I did not like the services of *** Vertical they collected the money before finishing my website . Once they got the full amount. The project was ignored by *** for 3 weeks. And he consistently misunderstood what I wanted. And several months later I do not have a website. I have requested a refund. They continue to promise to finish my project. And 6 months later. I have lost income over all the delays, And I have requested a full refund more than once. The manager *** Faithful wants to work on my project. I have been very clear about wanting a refund. Now they both ignore me. I hope ComplaintsBoard.com can help me as I file this complaint. My next step is to take legal action. They are not allowed to keep my money. There are times a company needs to understand if they are not a compatible match. it is best to refund the customer and allow that customer to find a better match. It is bad business for App Verticals to do terrible work and months of multiple delays and still expect the customer to walk away without a refund. I did not express everything App Verticals did to me. I would end of writing a book. This is a horrible company. I am beyond unhappy.

One of my main objectives in building my business was creating a Master Mind team. Having a solid foundation, set forth by the people I can trust and rely on to reach my long-term goals. Whenever I've had a Concern or did not understand certain aspects of building a website Jane and the rest of the team have always been able to explain my concerns. They are a 1st rate company in my book and would recommend them highly.

I started a project 9 months ago was told it would take 4-6 weeks been sent to two teams and sadly one of them is ***. At this point i am looking at having to take take legal actions. I will update my posting with what happens. I fully plan to show on facebook, reddit and youtube video just what working with the company looks like and how they deliver. More feedback to come from our group. Avoid *** and ***! Not trust worthy and do not keep there word. I hope to update this fix my opinion based on there work but as of today 5/21 run as fast as you can from them!
