Apporio was supposed to deliver the app in February. They have asked for a two-month extension. After two months they just showed me the basic app which was not what I ordered. Everything went well with their salesperson Vikram until I paid. It was all downhill after I paid. I have asked for a refund and they are not responding. I hope I have not been scammed. Beware. I am still following up. Still no reply. I am very disappointed. Their project manager Ankit is a terrible project manager. He is uncouth and has no time to talk to the customer because he said he has so many other projects. These people don't seem to talk to each other. Beware. I have learned my lesson. The project manager only talked to me close to the deadline to ask for the details about my app. Their contract promised weekly updates from the project team. That didn't happen. Don't deal with this company. I feel that I have been scammed.
Update: Mar 11- Apporio has asked for an extension but without a deadline. They said they don't offer refunds. Don't deal with this company. No one takes responsibility for breach of contract. Anyway this company looks like a scam. They will get your downpayment. They pretend to commit to a deadline. This seems to be their modus operandi: After the deadline, they ask for an extension without a deadline. They will try to ask for more money. Beware!
This has been resolved by Senior Management. Now proceeding as planned.
Do not outsource services from this provider unless you want have money to flush down the drain . They do not deliver anything as planned, will demand payments before delivering the product and will not respond to your concerns. Its a scam scam scam scam scam !
Hello, I just got in touch with this company yesterday and was about to make a financial commitment.
Have either one of you had your issues resolved or going with Apporio Infolabs is just a bad idea?

Dont do it. It's a scam. I run a software company and outsourced a project to them. They never delivered and it's been 2 years now. I have all the evidence to show. Stay away from Apporio.

Totally agree with the author, we are in same boat, we signed up contract in May 2018 and still in limbo, app has not been delivered, and biggest mistake we made was we paid the complete price and hence it’s over one year now and the project is still outstanding, project manager Shilpa is rude, their developer Sameer used to respond to my technical guy and doesn’t respond since we paid the complete price. Sent couple of emails to the owner keshav Goyal and initially we were told that he didn’t get any email from us and wasn’t made aware of the issue hence now he knows about the issues he says the project was completed and handed over hence he admitted there is no documentation and they can’t provide one, which is bizarre. Project has never been completed as although there are many issues two of the major issues which are disastrous the app has issues with fare calculations and app hangs while in use.
They are really non professional please don’t make mistake like we did by paying them in full and not getting the complete app, next step I will be taking other forums to warn people from this unprofessional company

I totally agree with the author as my company used this company to create Uber like app and after a year spending $3500 app is not working; no one bother to answer my email or Skype, thought it was agreed they they will support me with a agreed fee as long as I need. Not trusted at all. Yes, the initial agreed delivery time is never meet. If anyone want proof contact me I will give you all communication and screen shot
