Appletree Medical Group Baseline Rd review: Appointment but no service for my high blood pressure

First time I went, I had an appointment, but waited 2 hours to be seen. Finally, got in and was given a prescription for an illness I don't have and not enough pills to make it through to next appointment so finished them 9 days before. Went to next appointment and was told the doctor was only seeing walk ins. So would not see me. We live an hour out of town and my huusband and I both took off work to be there. When I saw my primary doctor, he was shocked and found out the first doctor had seen follow up patients that first day. Back home, I noticed on my appointment letter, the attendant had put down another person's name... unprofessional, incompetent etc
