Apple Tree Medical Group review: Medical services

I'm a patient in apple tree medical clinics since 12 years ago, seeing many doctors there, but recently I noticed that the people who answered the phone calls are not helpful but giving people hard time,

As example, 3 days ago I booked a virtual call with one of their doctors asking him to refer me urgently to a ENT espcialist as I have a big problem and problem on it, then I received email about the ENT, his name and phone #, when I called I figured out that he died 7 years ago, then I called the Apple tree operator to tell him as I need another referal to another ENT, this guy operator did not help me as he said I can't help you, you have to call back the same doctor refered you, though I told him he was a virtual call I never contact him before and I don't have his info. and please refer me to my F. doctor in apple tree, he refused and said I can't help you with that, then I asked him about his name he did not release to me and hanged up on me,

That is really rude and not a customer service or the right way to deal with patient in urgent matter.
