Appfolio review: Can't get ahold of anyone.

On 2/2/22 I checked my bank to see AppFolio took out my rent twice from two different accounts. My account has since been in the negative. I have reached out numerous times to this company. I've chatted online and have been told they cant help me, I've called billing and left voicemails got no call back. I've emailed the place and got nothing back. I dont know what to do anymore
