I called AEP on March 27, 2025 at phone #[protected]. The man I talked to told me that since my son's AEP acct had been closed since Oct of 2024 it was a dead acct. Therefore it would not be attached to my new acct opened approximately 5 months later. But when I go to check my automatic payment amount for my residence at 74 Bluebird Lane I find that contrary to what I was told on the phone AEP has now added the $740.70 from my son's acct closed 5 months ago to my new acct at 5717 Church Dr.

Desired outcome: I want the $740.70 taken off my acct for 5717 Church Dr and I want to close out that acct.
