We booked a cruise with Princess, starting August 20th and my wife and I both purchased travel insurance from Aon affinity, and partway through the cruise, I was tested with Covid, taken off the land portion of the cruise, and put in isolation in Anchorage Alaska for 5 days. We were charged for this, even though my cruise was already paid in full, and we missed the entire land portion for our cruise, forced to stay in a not very nice hotel in Anchorage, and warned not to even leave our rooms for food. Not only did we miss the land portion of our cruise, but were charged a huge amount of money for hotel and medical and food and have not been reimbursed, and this was charged to my credit card on file with Princess. They have never called me even though I have spoken to them and to supposed supervisors several times, and called Princess cruise line, and they supposedly said this would be expidited, but I have never heard or seen a word from them.

Desired outcome: Get paid back for charges, and the lost portion of my cruise, and food we had contracted for and never got, and food and medical in the hotel we were put in.
