It all started on Monday, May 19, 2025. I have had an AOL.mail address for 15 years. For some reasons I've been unable to log or sign it to my AOL.mail since 5/19/25. I have callled countless times AOL. I had to open 6 cases, the lastest was on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Affer having spent countless hours on the phone since, they (at the tech Department are unable to help as the problem persits). They have tried every possible means, (even engaing in a remote support seesionthat goes nowhere by the way): Accoding to them the system takes 24 hours to generate itself, and as I was told: " you will be able to sign in again"-Waited 24 hours, then 27 hours up to 30 hours to no avail-still cannot sign it. Finally on Monday May 26, 2025 I spoke to a very helpful agent who told me to lets wait a full 48 hours to be on the safe side-and I guarantee that you will be able to sign it-you should be able to sign in! I deliberately waited another full 24 Hrs. which now bring the wait to a full 72 hours-Guess what? Still couldn't sign in-the message I get or when an agent engage in remote support, taking over my computer is : Uh Oh! Seems like there is a problem-try again later. They tried today ( the agent) every possible means-nothing work. So I was told that definitely I will be contacted by AOL thru my emergency alternate email adress that I have created or by a phone call. The very sad part is that my beloved Mother passed away on Monday, May 19, 2025 in France-My family couldn't contact me via email as they will get a message that says : Account disabled?. It is with tremendous pain and regrets that I was unable to attend my beloved Mother funeral which took place on Wednesday, May 21 according to my Mother's religious customs. AOL is absolutely incapable of fixing the problem and correcting it as of today May 29, 2025. In the meantime this has caused me to lose a tremendous amount of business as I sells books and anything else. Not counting the fact that hundreds of people cannot contact me, yet, my account is active as they explained... but I still cannot log in or sign . I will wait for this call to come in, but although I do not want to sounds pessimist, I know what the answer will be...wait a bit longer-do not sign in for a certain amount of time, as the run-around will continue I am sure. It's a lost case, not counting the aggravation, being upse, being discouraged and all the rest. But the fact that I couldn't at least attend my beloved Mother funerasl has caused me a great deal of stress, anxiety and anything else. I honestly blame this on the AOl.mail system, and will have to wait for technicians who cannot still solve the issue as it persists. Shame on AOL.mail not to be able to fix this persisting problem since Monday, May 19, 2025.
