AO Smith Water Purifier review: Vasanth and co - Mr Raja [protected] salesperson told lot of lie to sale the product.

I bought the Ao smith p5 product cost of Rs. 18000 in chengalpet vasanth and co on 11.01.2024. the sales man Mr. Raja ([protected]) when he explained about the product he said information in showroom where different and after installation we are getting different information from the service person. While selling he said that amc and filter cost is only 3000 near each filter cost is 150 or 200 and ro filter is only for 1200 and he said that we can change the particular filter too and now the service man is telling 5600 rupees and they will change the entire 8 filters at a time they can't change particular filter. And he committed that 100 per water will not get waste. Now the service installation person is telling that there will sum amount of water will get waste. Why that mr Raja told lot of lie to sale the product. Filter will get change entirely they can't change separately. But salesperson told and he committed that we can change the affected filter.
