Anthropolgie review: Blocked me from purchasing on line

I ordered a black velvet Somerset dress for a holiday party, Order# AP1890769. They sent me a purple one. I called Customer Service who advised that they would send me the correct dress once I return the purple dress and they provided me a return label. I returned the dress and it shows returned on my account. They then sent me the correct dress, Order #EP06472312 in black. For some reason they are telling me that I owe them $171.20 for the dress that was returned. They confirmed on line that they received my return and it clearly shows on my on line orders to be returned but yet now cancel all my purchases and have blocked my account to purchase. Meanwhile, I have been a customer for over twenty years. I spend hundreds of dollars a month with them. I have never had any issues up until this point and they are treating me like a criminal. All I ask is to have my purchasing power reinstated. The error is on their part and not mine. I tried to call customer service and was treated especially rudely. This past Sunday, April 30, 2023 I called and spoke to Julie who did not give one iota that I have been a longtime customer. It was and is disgraceful how I have been treated. I wish that Corporate actually cared about their customers. Shameful.
