I requested my credit reports through this site years ago, but they got new security software, and now I can't even get my credit reports without requesting them over the phone! When I called, the automated attendant couldn't understand what I put in with the keypad on my phone and said for me to submit my zip code after the tone. The tone went off. I said my zip code. The tone went off again. I said my zip code. It went off three more times! I said my zip code after each one. Finally, i just hung up. The people who run this agency had no right to make it this complicated to get credit reports our government requires we have access to every year.
