I messed up on 2 credit cards and was told to pay up or face court

I messed up on 2 credit cards and was told to pay up or face court. I paid them off ASAP. Got an email in July 2022 saying my Credit Report would be updated as PAID. I've emailed these guys but they're ignoring me. It's been 10 months and my credit report is still not updated like they said. This is messing with my credit and making it hard to use.

I got a call from an agent about a debt in August that I had settled.

I got a call from an agent in August about a debt I had settled. I was assured it wouldn't impact my credit as it was under their management. However, this proved false when it appeared on my record on July 7. Repeated calls for clarification led nowhere; they claimed the agent had left and the debt was unpaid, which was incorrect. After persistent communication, the hospital and agency acknowledged the debt was cleared and sent confirmation, yet it remained on my credit file. The credit bureau said only the agency could correct this error. Joel, a new agency representative, was unhelpful, insisting he couldn't resolve the issue and failed to follow up after promising to consult his supervisor.
