This company is used by the *** for handling all Billing. There was an issue with the insurance and having a claim denied. So I was sent the a bill for the full amount of the service. While working to resolve the issue with the insurance company I was told to go ahead and pay the bill. That when the insurance issue was resolved and payment was received from the insurance company I would receive a refund for all over paid funds. Dec. 16th 2019 the insurance company processed the claim and sent payment. Payment was received by the Credit Bureau system company shortly after. on Jan. 31st 2020 I called inquiring about the refund. The customer service rep said they show a credit on my account and is waiting for approval for the refund to be sent. Mar. 16th 2020 no refund, called again. Was told same thing. Still waiting for approval. Apr. 15th 2020 No refund, called again. Service rep said there was no update on the account, sent request to her supervisor to have the account reviewed, and I should have an update on the refund within the week. Apr 24th. 2020 No refund or update. Called, was told refund was still waiting for approval. May 8th called, was told still under review, waiting for approval. May 15th, still no update. Requested to speak to supervisor. The supposed supervisor reached out to the refund department for an update. Supposed marked message as "important" as of May 21st Have heard no update, have not received refund. Per my insurance company I have overpaid by $904.45 and should have that amount refunded back to me.
