Service for my cat
On March 1, 2024, I went to the new location of APL Longview TX. The vaccine clinic is open 10-2. I got there at 10:00. I gave a little info that I use the Seresto collar for my cat since my cat had a reaction to the topical flea meds. The receptionist said it's fine. The manager said no we will not service your cat. commercials
I am disturbed and upset over the commercials regarding abused and caged animals. I have grandchildren watching and/or listening and before I can change the station the children gave already heard "she watched her mother being hacked to death). It is very traumatic for the kids to hear this or the commercial about the chained animal walking in circles. I realize that commercials make money but I think we need a warning "viewer discretion is advised". This warning is played often for other less traumatizing shows. Please play a warning so I can turn the channel in time
Please put a warning before playing animal abuse commercials
Receptionist
I have been to this location about 3 times and dread going because the receptionist or intake person is so abrasive. This is off of Gilmer Rd. in Longview, TX. I don't know her name, but she has long gray hair. She's really condescending and acts like the customer doensn't know anything. She's also really parental but in a negative way. One time, I asked her a question, and she gave me a look that could have killed me if looks could kill. I also noticed that she had posted complaint letters on the wall so as to embarass the complaintents. So she's spiteful too.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
